| Dear Fast Campus Global User, We would like to announce that as Fast Campus Global prepares to reopen with new AI courses and an improved learning infrastructure expected this August, we will be making temporary changes to Fast Campus Indonesia operations. Starting from July 1, 2026, the Fast Campus Indonesia site will temporarily go under construction until further notice. Please note the following changes to Fast Campus Indonesia operations: - During this period, our Indonesia social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, will also be temporarily paused. - You can still access all courses you have purchased as usual. - You can still purchase currently available Indonesian courses through our official website. However, Easy Payment options will no longer be available, and only Credit Card and PayPal payments will be supported moving forward. - The Fast Campus Indonesia Discord channel will remain open for communication between instructors and students, but the Fast Campus team will not be able to respond to inquiries there. - Certificate issuance for Fast Campus Indonesia courses will be discontinued starting July 2026. For students who requested certificate issuance by June 30, 2026, we will email the certificates to those who meet the required conditions soon. - For any questions or support requests, please contact our Customer Center email at help@fastcampus.com. To ensure your inquiry is properly received, help@fastcampus.com will be the only official customer support channel moving forward. Please note that, for the time being, our Customer Center will only be able to respond to inquiries in English. We kindly ask for your understanding and recommend submitting your inquiry in English to receive proper support. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this transition. |
